FIRST. Identification of the Parties.

These general conditions for use of the www.notodohoteles.com web site (hereinafter the WEBSITE), are subscribed on the one hand by NOTODO CLUB DE SELECCIÓN CULTURAL, S.L. (hereinafter NOTODO); with address in Calle Alameda, No. 9, of Madrid, with VAT No. B-82640913, and registered in the Register of Companies of Madrid - in volume 15432, book 0, sheet 184, section 8, page M-259168, entry 1, journal 984 and item 160.

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 12, regarding Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, NOTODO is the holder of the domain www.notodohoteles.com, registered in its name.

And, on the other hand, by the USER. We understand by USER any individual or legal entity accessing the web page, whether or not they use the services offered therein.

SECOND. Access to the services offered.

To access any of the services offered by the WEBSITE it will be necessary to access the site via the url www.notodohoteles.com and surf the different sections and links of the WEBSITE.

The USER tacitly agrees to the present General Conditions just by visiting and surfing the WEBSITE; and additionally the USER is expressly subject to these General Conditions when accepting them by the method known as click award, when accessing the specific services offered by the WEBSITE.

The USER, is the single person responsible for the information provided, and must not enter false, erroneous or third-party information. Any responsibility derived from this fact will be exclusively attributable to the USER.

THIRD. User obligations.

Any infringement of the USER obligations will enable NOTODO to interrupt the services for said USER. In any case, if NOTODO becomes aware of the stored activity or information, it will immediately report this to the competent authorities, according to that established in Law 34/2002 of July 12, regarding Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.

FOURTH. Refusal of access to the WEBSITE and its services.

NOTODO reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the WEBSITE and/or its services at any time without the need of prior notice to any users who breach these General Conditions or infringe any of the precepts established in Law 34/2002 of July 12, regarding Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.

FIFTH. Correct use of the contents.

The USER must use the content in a conscientious, correct and licit manner, and specifically commits to refraining from:

.- Using the Contents in a manner or to ends contrary to the law, morality and good practices generally accepted or to public order;

NOTODO does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the Contents that may alter your computer system (software and hardware) or in the electronic documents and files stored in its computer system.

SIXTH. Amendments.

NOTODO reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the WEBSITE.

SEVENTH. User Responsibility.

The user will be responsible for:

.- The contents and comments introduced by the USER in communications with NOTODO.
.- Performing any kind of illegal, harmful and/or damaging action.
.- Any infringement by the USER of these General Conditions.
.- The appropriation of distinctive signs, commentary texts and any other content of the WEBSITE.

EIGHTH. Release of liability.

NOTODO will not be responsible, either directly subsidiarily, of:

- The quality of the service, the speed of access, the correct operation or availability or continuity of operation of the website.
- The information introduced by users, collaborators and third persons, or the opinions stated by third persons.
- Any damage that may occur in the USER's computer systems by using the WEBSITE.
- The truthfulness, accuracy or updating of the information.
- Non-compliance with the law, morality and generally accepted good practices or public order as a result of the transmission, broadcasting, storage, availability, reception, or access to the contents.
- Infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, the right to honour, personal and family intimacy and the images of people, property rights and of any other nature belonging to a third party as a result of transmission, broadcasting, storage, availability, reception, or access to the contents.
- Hypertext links from the www.notodohoteles.com website that allow the user to access third party services that do not belong and are not under the control of NOTODO; it shall not be responsible for the information contained therein or for any effects that may result from said information.
- The vices and defects of any kind of the contents transmitted, broadcast, stored or made available.

NINTH. Privacy and data protection policy.

In compliance with that established in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, regarding the Protection of Personal Data, we notify that the data provided by the user will be included in a liability file for Notodo, Club de Selección Cultural, S.L., with VAT No. B-82640913 and address at Calle Alameda, nº 9, Madrid-Spain, and these will be treated with the purpose of an adequate management of the services requested as well as for sending commercial information and promotions that may be of interest to the client, the client thus consenting to said information being sent, even via email, and also authorising sharing said data with other companies of the same group as well as companies collaborating in maintaining and running the website.

Notodo, Club de Selección Cultural, S.L. guarantees that, in all cases, the data thus provided will be that strictly necessary to the ends mentioned, ensuring the confidentiality of personal data provided by the users. The holders of the personal data can make use of their right to access, modify, cancel and object to their data by sending a communication in writing to Notodo, Club de Selección Cultural, S.L., calle Alameda, nº 9, Madrid-Spain or at email address info@notodohoteles.com.

Also, pursuing that established in Law 34/2002 of July 12 regarding Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, NOTODO will keep the connection and traffic data generated by the service for a maximum period of twelve (12) months, so that it may identify and locate the machine used by the USER, and to identify the origin of the data and the time the service was started. Said withholding of personal data will be performed according to the current Regulations on the protection of personal data.

TENTH. Policy on unconsented advertising.

The USER and NOTODO are obliged, under the precepts of current Law 34/2002 of July 12, regarding Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, to make use of the Services according to the Policy on Unconsented Advertising.

Is the USER considers that he or she has been harmed by the reception of an unsolicited message, they must notify NOTODO by sending an email to the address info@notodohoteles.com, and NOTODO will stop sending advertising messages to the USER. With the exception of cases of legal authorisation or the need to send the message.

ELEVENTH. Intellectual and industrial property.

FINAL. JURISDICTIONS.

These conditions are written in Spanish, and are subject to current Spanish legislation. For any kind of controversy derived from the use of the services offered or the contents of the WEBSITE itself, the parties, by accepting these Conditions, will submit to the Tribunals and Courts of Madrid (Spain).
